KIM NELCZYK

Head Coach

Kim Nelczyk grew up playing hockey in the Chicago Suburbs with AAA programs Team Illinois and Chicago Mission with 4 showings to the USA Hockey National Championships and 3-time National Medalist. Nelczyk began her college career playing NCAA D1 at Union College in Schenectady, NY before transferring back home to Illinois and finishing out her college career on The University of Illinois Women's Club Hockey team.

Nelczyk is beyond excited to be back on the ice with U of I Women's hockey. She is motivated to revamp the program and provide the team with a strong structure and foundation needed to compete with the best independent college club teams in the Midwest.
